The New Zealand Olympic Winter Games Team is set for the Village Flag Raising Ceremony in PyeongChang today, Tuesday 6 February. 

The final athletes have been announced today to the New Zealand team to the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games bringing the team size to 21, New Zealand’s largest ever.

With just under one year to go until the 2018 Paralympic Winter Games get underway in South Korea, New Zealand sit-skier Corey Peters has claimed a silver medal at the test event currently being held in PyeongChang. 

Today, Thursday 9 March 2017, marks exactly ‘one year to go’ until the start of the PyeongChang 2018 Paralympic Winter Games.

NZ freeskier Nico Porteous has claimed a top 10 spot in the halfpipe qualifications for the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic test event staged at Bokwang Phoenix Park, taking him through to the final rounds of the World Cup to be staged on Saturday 18 February.
