Christy Prior Second at the Mile High in Australia

Snowboarder Christy Prior has taken out second place at The Mile High by Carlton Dry at Perisher in Australia. The event is part of the Australian Slopestyle Tour and attracts a top ranking international field.

First place went to the USA's Jamie Anderson who currently ranks number one for women's slopestyle on The World Snowboard Tour and won the gold medal at the Olympic Winter Games in Sochi this year.

Germany's Silvia Mittermueller rounded out today's podium for third place.

"It was a really fun, creative comp from the course to the format they dropped us in. Can't wait for next year already!" said Christy.
