Alice Robinson 4th at Junior World Champs Super-G

Alice Robinson has finished in 4th place in Super-G at the FIS Alpine Junior World Ski Championships in Narvik, Norway.

Alice had a strong run and had the green light at the first split but a small mistake midway down the course cost her precious time and she crossed the finish line in 3rd place before dropping to 4th by the end of the race.

Austrian skiers Magdalena Egger and Lisa Grill took gold and silver, replicating their results in the previous day's downhill.  French skier Karen Clement finished third.

Alice is next due to race at the World Cup Giant Slalom in Are, Sweden on 13 March but the FIS Alpine Ski World Cup Finals, due to be held in Cortina (ITA) from 16th-22nd March have been cancelled due to the outbreak and situation with the Novel Coronavirus in Northern Italy where there is a concentration of cases in the Veneto province that have led to travel restrictions imposed by an increasing number of nations.
