Competitive Members and Recreational Members of Snow Sports New Zealand (“Snow Sports NZ”) may choose to exercise their vote for the 2025 Annual General Meeting to be held on 26 September, by completing this online form (Rule 23.6*) instead of attending and voting at the AGM or by a Proxy (Rule 23.4). This method of voting does not count towards the quorum for a General Meeting so Snow Sports NZ encourages Members to attend (in person or online) and vote at all General Meetings rather than use this method of voting.
Elected and Appointed Board Members
One Elected and Two Appointed Board Members.
Mark Vivian is stepping down as a Board member at the 2025 AGM and Jacqueline Cheyne (Chair) will be stepping down in March 2026 following the completion of the Winter Olympics and Paralympics.
The board would like to thank Mark Vivian and Jacqueline Cheyne for the immense contribution they have made to Snow Sports NZ during their time on the board. Following advertising these positions and undertaking a short list and interview process the Board Appointments Panel have appointed Mike Tod to the board with his term commencing at the 2025 AGM and Toby Arnott has been appointed to the casual vacancy that will arise in March 2026. Toby will be a board observer from the date of the 2025 AGM to assist in the transition process.
Erika Harris’s elected term comes to an end at the 2025 AGM and we are delighted that Erika is standing for reelection. The Board Appointments Panel recommends Erika for reelection to the members given her valuable contributions to the Board, including Chairing the Board Alpine subcommittee, assistance with development of the Alpine strategy, and valuable insights in the development of Peak Respect and Hine Tāpuhipuhi.
There are no further candidates for the elected position, and we request members pass the Ordinary Resolution to formally confirm her reappointment.
