Shane is responsible for the fitness and physical performance of our high performance athletes, on and off snow. He has worked closely with the snow team on their strength and conditioning for five years. He helps our athletes with injury prevention, rehabilitation and effective mechanics for on-snow performance.
Shane has a keen interest in psychology, biomechanics, kinesiology and exercise science. His approach has had a phenomenal impact on our athletes ability, rehabilitation and physical mindset for their on snow performance.
Shane travels with our team to the Northern Hemisphere and all major events. He enjoys spending time at home and keeping fit and healthy.
