Scott Palmer is the Assistant coach for the Para Alpine Ski High Performance Programme. Prior to this Scott was the a coach with the New Zealand Adaptive Development Team.
Scott Worked as an instructor for 13 years in New Zealand and North America before transitioning to coaching. He coordinated the Adaptive program at Cardrona for three years. He is currently an active NZSIA examiner for Alpine and Adaptive.
Scott grew up in Dunedin and spent most of his holidays in Queenstown and Wanaka where he developed his love of all things skiing. He has worked in the snowsports industry since 2008 where he trained through the Otago Polytechnic Instructor program and became a qualified instructor at Cardrona Alpine Resort.
