Charlotte's parents taught her to ski at Cardrona Alpine Resort when she was three years old. Prior to joining the Cardrona Alpine Ski Team, she did a holiday 'Introduction to Racing' programme with Adrian Farnsworth at Snow Planet. There was a race at the end of the programme and she finished on the podium, and in the process fell in love with the sport.
Charlotte loves skiing in all sorts of different places and having the opportunity to make friends from all over the world.
Her goals are to represent New Zealand at the Olympic Winter Games and on the World Cup circuit.
When Charlotte isn't skiing she loves being on or in the water enjoying the sun swimming, diving, paddle boarding and sailing.
