ABOUT THE ANNUAL SNOW SPORTS AWARDS

The annual Snow Sports New Zealand Awards celebrates achievements over the past year. The aim of the Awards is to inspire the New Zealand snow sports community; to recognise and honour the outstanding achievements and performances in snow sports; to recognise new talent; and to award the ski areas for quality service.

The awards dinner is made possible, in part, by support from the following: PakWorld, Seriously Good Chocolate Company, Cardrona Alpine Resort, Craig Read Building Ltd., Dick Schulze, New Zealand Snowsports Instructors Alliance, Snowco, Treble Cone, Sir Eion and Jan Edgar, Snow Park, Browns Sotheby's International Realty, Captain's Restaurant and Searle Lane & Social.

Sky Television’s Dennis Katsanos will emcee the evening and guests will be treated to a sit down dinner catered by In2Food.

You can make a day of it by heading out to catch the parade which begins at 1 p.m. and features many of New Zealand's elite snow sports athletes.
